Greene earns an annual salary of $174,000 and she thinks that it’s not enough
U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (MGT) is tired of living broke representing the state of Georgia in Congress. Greene shared in a podcast that since 2020 when she was elected to congress her life has been miserable and she is not making as much money as she used to.
Greene said, “Becoming a member of Congress has made my life miserable. I made a lot more money before I got here. I’ve lost money since I’ve gotten here.”
But on the flip side, she goes on to say how much she is committed to her position because she believes in it. MGT makes an annual salary of $174,000. It is believed that MGT was an entrepreneur before representing Georgia in Congress and there is no word of how much she was making.
