A mother seeks help as she takes matters into her own hands to find missing daughter

Teenage daughter reportedly runs away from rehabilitation center for at-risk youth
Dallas, Georgia – In her Facebook post, Adrienne Hall shares that she has “been quiet long enough” as she watches no news coverage of her missing daughter, while simultaneously being questioned about the well-being of her daughter, Gabrielle Brennon, 16, and not knowing what to say because of poor communication by local authorties.
No more than 30 days ago, Brennon was placed in the Wellspring Living facility due to her bipolar disorder, ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder). Last week, Hall received a phone call from someone at the Department of Juvenile Justice stating that Brennon was experiencing behavioral problems, acting out, and being aggressive toward others.
In Hall’s Facebook post she shares, “Gabrielle is not a fighter – she has never been in a physical fight aside from normal sibling fights between her and Taylor.”
Adrienne was able to speak with Brennon and ask what was going on, and Gabrielle told her that she has bruises and scratches all over her body from alleged abuse by staff members. Gabrielle went on to tell Adrienne that as long as staff continues to abuse her, she will continue defending herself no matter what.
A staff member was present with Gabrielle monitoring her phone call to Adrienne. The staff member confirmed that Gabrielle did indeed have bruises on her body. Immediately after the phone call with Gabrielle, Adrienne requested an investigation with the Department of Juvenile Justice, and by Friday an investigation was confirmed to be in process.
Just two days later, Adrienne received a phone call from the Department of Juvenile Justice informing her that Brennon had run away with two other girls. Allegedly, a fight occurred that Brennon was not involved in, and during the altercation, a staff member’s keycard was stolen. Brennon and two other alleged runaways fled into the woods and have not been found since.
Since Sunday, Ms. Hall has been managing the search for her missing daughter on her own without assistance from Paulding County officials or Wellspring Living. During the course of this developing story, we have reached out to both Wellspring Living and the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.
Paulding County Sheriff Ashley Henson responded to emails and shared:
“Wellspring Living is a private entity that is not affiliated with the Sheriff’s Office. It is our understanding that three females left from there the other night without permission. Our Detectives are working to help locate them. As of now, as I understand it, they are still not accounted for.
“Please feel free to reach out to our Chief Communications Officer, Jordan Yuodis, for further communication on the matter as he would be better able to assist.”
The Paulding County Board of Commissioners will be discussing Brennon’s matter tonight at their board meeting. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is currently working with Ms. Hall to develop flyers to help begin a search for all three girls.
If you have any information on he whereabouts of Gabrielle Brennon please call 911 or Paulding County Sheriff’s Department at: (770) 443-3010.
