Harry Norman achieves historic $5 million sale

The sale of an Ansley Park home ties for the highest selling price ever in the history of Ansley Park

Atlanta, Georgia – Harry Norman Realtors real estate agents, Erin Yabroudy and Danielle Napolitano, have become the talk of the town.

Their recent sale of the Ansley Park single-family home located at 104 Westminster Drive NE has tied for the highest-selling home in Ansley Park. With a sales price of $5.4 million dollars, the home is 6,400 square feet with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and three partial bathrooms. The home also has a two-car garage, a home theater, a covered porch, a pool cabana, and more.

CleverHouse was the architectural company in charge of designing and constructing the home, and its founder, Rick Blanchard, shared, “Ansley Park is one of Atlanta’s great in-town neighborhoods, and it was an honor for CleverHouse to be the design-build company for this project. We’re proud of the new home that we, along with developers WFL Partners, LLC, have created.”

Ansley Park is an in-town community located east of Midtown and west of Piedmont Park. Edwin P. Ansley began the development of the community in 1905 as the first Atlanta suburb designed for vehicles. In 2008, the median household income for the community was $226,335.
